This video shows track cyclist and European Champion 2016 in the team sprint in the junior competition and third at the World Championships 2016 in the sprint Hetty van der Wouw performing 15 repetitions Back Squat with 70 kg as a part of her regular strength training routine.

These 15 repetitions are just a snapshot of a mechanical drop-set we did consisting of Overhead Squats, Front Squats and Back Squats, so poor Hetty had already done 3 Overhead Squats and 7 Front Squats, before she did these 15 repetitions. You can see the suffering in her expression at the end of the set.
