Hip Thrusters Jelle van Gorkom

This video shows Jelle van Gorkom professional BMX rider, Olympian 2012 and runner-up at the BMX World Championships 2015   performing a Hip Thrust.

After a crash during racing Jelle wasn’t able to perform Power Cleans and catch the bar on the shoulders, so the Hip Thrust is one of the exercises we use to train the hip extension.
