Back Squat

The back squat is one of the most fundamental lower body strength and power exercise for athletes. The back squat can be performed as a low-bar back squat or a high-bar back squat. The athletes in this video use the high-bar back squat as the high-bar back squat focuses more on the front side (quad development), whereas the low-bar back squat focuses more on the development of the posterior chain (hamstring and glutes).
