Single-legged Power Clean and single-legged Front Squat Combination Twan van Gendt
This video shows Twan van Gendt BMX rider Olympian 2016 and Olympic finalist 2012 in London performing a single-legged Power Clean & Front Squat combination with 42.5kg as a part of his strength training routine.
As you can see, due to an injury, Twan was only able to use one leg, so we decided to do the exercises as prescribed in the strength training program
- 1 Power Clean & 2 Front Squats
on one leg. And as you can see, it worked!
