Handsfree Front Squatting Zarah de Haan

This video shows Zarah de Haan  performing a Handsfree Front Squat with 50kg as a part of he strength training routine.

We use the Handsfree Front Squat to teach proper squatting movement and consolidate the Front Squat technique. This exercise also has a high transfer to the Back Squat technique.
