Handsfree Front Squat Technique Analysis Twan van Gendt

This video shows the technique analysis of Twan van Gendt BMX rider and Olympic finalist 2012 in London and Olympian 2016 Rio Olympics  performing a Handsfree Front Squat with 160kg as a part of his strength training routine.

We use the Handsfree Front Squat to teach proper squatting movement and consolidate the Front Squat technique. This exercise also has a high transfer to the Back Squat technique.
