Handsfree Front Squat 77.5kg Hetty van der Wouw
This video shows track cyclist and European Champion 2016 in the team sprint in the junior competition and third at the World Championships 2016 in the sprint Hetty van der Wouw performing a Handsfree Front Squat with 77.5 kg as a part of her regular strength training routine.
