Handsfree Front Squat form 100 kg Harrie Lavreysen
This video shows Harrie Lavreysen track cyclist and former BMX rider performing a Handsfree Front Squat with 100 kg as a part of his regular strength training routine.
The Handsfree Front Squat is used to improve Squatting mechanics and teach to keep the body upright and balance the weight on the shoulders.
