Power Clean single-legged from blocks with 62.5 kg Twan van Gendt

Professional BMX rider and two-time Olympian Twan van Gendt performing  a single-legged Power Clean with 62.5kg as a part of his strength training routine.

We use the single-legged Power Clean to work on single leg explosiveness or as in this case to work around an injury, which prevented Twan from using both legs.
